I make homemade spaghetti sauce and and am thinking of making a big batch and keeping them in sterilized mason jars. Can somebody recommend a good vacuum sealer? Also, if I keep the sauce in jars vacuum sealed, how long can I have the jars non-refrigerated?

I am flying Allegiant Air. I am using a carry-on suitcase. I don’t want to have to go through security and have them say I can’t use the storage bags and them openning them and I not being able vacuum the air out of the bags. I leave the 11th for vegas
