Yes it was rather mushy on opening – although they had been frozen prior to opening. Made good fruit leather though
i hope we don’t influence too much. considering our history is much shorter than yours!
now those things are great for cheese though. it goes bad so fast and if you want a great deal buying a block is better. so cut it in to sections and it lasts a long time. plus…great for marinading. the pressure forces the marinade in the meat fast!
