Yes it was rather mushy on opening – although they had been frozen prior to opening. Made good fruit leather though )

now those things are great for cheese though. it goes bad so fast and if you want a great deal buying a block is better. so cut it in to sections and it lasts a long time. plus…great for marinading. the pressure forces the marinade in the meat fast!
